Delegation Oh Honey has created a tasty honey glaze for carrots, sweet potatoes, and honeyed zucchini.
The recipe calls for honey and carrot glaze and you can use any other sweet potato or carrot sauce you’d like.
Delegations Oh Honey says its vegan, gluten-free, and low-carb.
It is made with coconut oil, avocado oil, almond milk, coconut flour, and coconut butter.
I’ve used it for carrot soup and it’s delicious with a few ingredients that I haven’t tried yet: avocado and peanut butter, honey, and carrots.
Deleting the honey can be tricky.
You can substitute honey and avocado for the coconut oil.
If you’re not sure how much oil to use, check out this handy chart from Delegated Oh Honey.

Recipe Notes For a more complex glaze, I like to use coconut oil or almond milk.
Coconut oil is a vegan substitute and can be found at most health food stores.
It’s also low in saturated fat.
If using coconut oil in place of coconut butter, it can also be made gluten- and vegan-friendly.
You may also want to make the honey glazes a little drier by using coconut butter instead of coconut oil to make a thicker glaze.
